What is free hosting?

Free hosting allows you to make your documentation available to the public using a custom, unique Dewstack url (eg. your-product.dewstack.com/docs).
What is a private documentation?
A private documentation is private by all means. Meaning it cannot be accessed publicly by anyone and can only be accessed through private link. You can always re-generate the link to stop its access to people whom you have shared the link earlier.
Do you have monthly and yearly billing options?
Yes! We offer both monthly and yearly billing options. The yearly billing option is always cheaper and you get 20% off on yearly pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard credit & debit cards. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.
What is SmartDocs?
SmartDocs is an AI assistance for your documentation. It is trained on the content of your documentation so it can assist you and your end users on various areas. Currently, SmartDocs has two major features, Q&A chatbot and Ask a Question widget. You can embed the chatbot anywhere with a simple script or iframe, or enable the Ask a Question widget on your documentation for real-time answers.
What is counted as one Chatbot?
Every Chatbot is linked to a Workspace on which it is trained on. So if you enable SmartDocs on a workspace, by default your chatbot is counted as enabled.
How would i know how many characters are there in my documentation?
When you go to 'Train the docs', it would display the list of pages qualified for training. At the bottom of the list you would see the no. of characters it has and would show a message if it cross the limit as per your plan.
When does the message credit renewal happen?
For monthly plans, it happens every month when your monthly invoice is generated. For yearly plans, it happens at the start of every month.
